Project:Toyota New Owner Celebration Campaign
Objective:Commissioned to rebrand all event and program materials in addition to creating new products to effectively make customers feel a part of the Toyota family.
Strategy/Tactics:Through a multifaceted campaign to help strengthen and promote all Toyota New Owner Celebration Dealer Events, LMC analyzed and recreated all program materials to better communicate to customers the value of Genuine Toyota parts and service. To make adults and children alike feel a part of the Toyota family, LMC developed fun coloring books and die-cut model cars as well as attractive signs, banners, brochures, enrollment cards and more. The New Owner Celebration materials proved to be a stunning success within all 1200+ Toyota dealerships attracting new customers to the dealerships for service.
