Project:Acura and Honda ELITE Lead Assurance Program
Objective:Communicate the expectations of the ELITE Lead Assurance program to Internet Lead Managers at Honda and Acura dealerships.
Strategy/Tactics:Constantly thinking out of the box, LMC created customized program materials consisting of both Acura and Honda branded 18 page brochures, 30-day calendars and custom tri-fold envelopes. In addition, LMC created and distributed variable data teaser direct mail pieces to all Honda and Acura dealerships to generate additional interest in the program. With Acura’s request to develop a stay behind desktop piece, LMC created calendars with tips and advice including the ability to also record response times so that Internet Lead Managers could watch their performance grow.
