| Objective: | Create visibility of the Toyota Express Maintenance (TEM) program and help Express Maintenance dealerships better deal with daily TEM challenges with a quarterly newsletter. Also, create awareness of the TEM program at NADA. |
| Strategy/Tactics: | Tasked with creating a communication piece about the Express Maintenance program that would be distributed on a quarterly basis to dealership associates, LMC developed Insights. With strict limitations on budget, LMC produced a templated 4-page newsletter that maintained a customized look and feel quarter after quarter. With copywriting that’s concise and to the point, Insights successfully generated dealership best practices when revamping the Express Maintenance program. |
